Support us in creating the leading data onboarding SaaS startup in Europe. We built a tool with massive scaling potential that needs to be sold to an untouched market. Build, hire and scale our marketing engine from scratch.

In this position, you will spearhead our marketing efforts from strategy to defining and growing our inbound channels to empower thousands of companies to break free from messy spreadsheets and loads of admin work. You will be a real innovator in the B2B segment, working directly with the Co-Founders of ComDocks to manage and navigate our company in the right direction.

  • Strategy: Build from scratch and be part of the change! Work with the founders to define the overall marketing strategy to kick off our growth story
  • Lead, Hire and Coach our Marketing team to success while working closely with the Sales department to ensure sustainable growth
  • Create a thrilling marketing mission and vision to publish the best converting content and empower our team to communicate a clear message to our customers
  • Design and implement high-performing inbound marketing channels and build a data-driven department to lead and monitor our efforts



  • You have a deep passion for SaaS business models and ideally, bring 3+ years of experience in Marketing to the table
  • Preferably you have worked in or built a marketing team at an early stage startup and successfully built well-working inbound channels before
  • You focus on analysis-based insights while still pushing creative experimentation spirit into your daily work
  • Strong leadership skills and the dedication to inspiring others of our mission, and the commitment to motivate and support the team when things are getting tough
  • Strong communication skills in English (and German), manifested in a well-chosen articulation
  • You have a business-related bachelor's or master's degree
