After closing successful VC-funding and launching our MVP we are now ready to grow and are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (m/f/x) to join us in Berlin.
YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will take on a newly created responsibility within our C-Level team and lay the foundation for the successful growth of Airfarm. You will be responsible for the development and execution of our growth efforts, incl. marketing and sales. With your entrepreneurial and data-driven approach you will handle the following challenges:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
Build a high-performing growth team, incl. strong sales and marketing function
Manage our growth performance through effective KPIs, benchmarks, insights
Establish and refine marketing and sales operations with our team to enable sustainable growth
Develop sales, marketing, and support KPIs, benchmarks, and reports
Execute sales and marketing activities online and offline
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, business, or related field
Minimum of five years of experience in a fast-paced role in commercial strategy, growth, or marketing/sales management in a start-up environment
A strong track record business through innovative campaigns and programs to scale our company growth
Self-motivated, revenue driven, and passionate about helping us become the undisputed leader in our industry
Strong team leadership skills with the ability to build and develop growing marketing, sales, and operations function
Proactive, confident, and with excellent communication skills; able to quickly build trusting relationships with a range of stakeholders
A hands-on strategic leader willing to lead by doing
Native or fluency German, fluency in English
